Couple days ago I saw this post over at mmafighting.com where Shinya Aoki’s trainer was commenting on how proud he was of Aoki’s skill level and improvement made from when he first started training at Evolve MMA, Singapore’s premiere fight camp.
His trainer said, Aoki has dedicated countless hours to perfecting his game, grinding out the days with Muay Thai champions to raise his striking to a level complimentary of his world-class grapping skills.
His trainer was claiming that Aoki can possibly Dominate ONE FC and even potentially UFC. This is quite bold statement but on Friday after watching the fight with Shinya Aoki vs Kotetsu Boku I must agree, indeed Aoki is someone everyone should keep their eyes on. The kid has great potential.
