90 Days of Non Stop Strength Training / Energy Cultivation

For quite some time I've been experimenting with different gym / strength training routines. I've tried 3 days a week, 4 and even 5 but none of these weekly schedules seemed to be as much fun for me when it's time to get onto the 2nd week. I always seem to be somewhat less motivated and almost dragging my foot after taking a 2 day break. This got me to thinking that I'll probably have a much better consistency flow if i was to train every single day non-stop so for the next 90 days I'll attempt to train every day without interruption and blog about it / track my results.

Most Exercise / gym cycles involves 3 to 5 days with rest days in between mainly for the purpose to give your muscles a chance to recover and heal before you continue however for me I'm at rest for the most part every single day because I work behind the computer. Many of my friends has jobs that entail constant lifting, fetching and pulling of heavy items for 7 to 8 hours per day. And their bodies actually look very built and healthy rather than torn and in repairing phase so I came to the conclusion just from the study of those in my direct circle that once one is on a good diet and gets adequate sleep the human body does not need a whole lot of time to recover in order to be in optimum health and strength.

For this challenge 90 Days will conclude on Monday 15th of Feb. 2015. I'm looking forward to this challenge and also the health, physical, mental, emotional and energetic benefits. With each day I'll add a blog updating on my progress, strength increase and all the additional benefits observed as a result of this new daily training.

The different exercises that I will be doing are:

Hang-Sit Leg Lifts - 30 / 15/ 15/ 20
Hanging Leg Lifts
Leg Raise
Regular Pushups
Panther Pushups
Wide Pushups
Wall Hanging Pushups
Squats
Hindu Squats (bethaks)
Ginga
Round Dips
Mini Round Dips
Thumb Toe Tips
Upside Down Scissors Pushups

My focus / Goals are:
Energy Cultivation
Strength Increase
Increase in Speed
Increase in Testosterone and overall A/Energy
Increase in Mental Alertness
Increase in Quality of sleep / Dreaming
Sharpen Spiritually
Lean Sprinter Look ( like that of someone using Stanozolol but without the use of any anabolic steroids .)

Professional UFC / MMA Fighters who Failed Drug Tests in 2015 (Jon Jones + Anderson Silva)

UFC and other professional MMA Leagues have always had a high tolerance against athletes using drugs in preparation for a main event. Throughout the history of Professional MMA many big athletes have been found guilty of using drugs prior to big fights and in 2015 the list continues to grow.

Two of the most recognizable names that have been found guilty this year of drugs showing up in their test results are Jon "Bones" Jones and Anderson "The Spider" Silva. Both of these guys are among the best of the best in the sport making it seem as if even the best athletes sometimes go for that extra boost while in fight preparation.

In this post we'll highlight the different MMA Athletes that have failed their drug test this year.
  • Jon "Bones" Jones: At the top of the year leading up to his UFC 182 fight against Daniel Cormier Jon Jones has tested positive for Cocaine. Even tho the UFC has no beef with out-of-competition use of this drug Jones was fined $25,000 for violating UFC's code of conduct. He however managed to avoid a bigger charge for testosterone use. According to the Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC),  "Bones" was cleared of any wrongdoing in regards to using testosterone in his training / fight preparation. According to NSAC even tho Jones has had a low testosterone-to-epitestosterone (T/E) levels, it is not due to steroid use.
  • Anderson "The Spider" Silva: At UFC 183 on Jan.31st Anderson Silva defeated Nick Diaz but this victory was short lived as 3 days after wining the fight his drug test results came back positive for the use of anabolic steroids. A Jan. 9 out of competition test performed on Anderson Silva has returned positive for the use performance-enhancing drugs namely drostanolone and androstane. The former UFC middleweight champion, who held the title for seven years, has denied using steroids. Blow is a look at the drugs that showed up in Silva's test:
    •  Drostanolone:  This is an injectable oil-based anabolic steroid, derived from Dihydrotestosterone (DHT). It is a member of the DHT-derived family of anabolic steroids. Other known DHT-derivatives include: Winstrol, Anadrol, Anavar, Primobolan, and a few more. Drostanolone (Masteron) is considered a moderate strength anabolic steroid.

    • Androstane: An anabolic steroid like testosterone that helps to grow your muscle and increase bone density.
Please keep in mind just 13 months prior to his fight against Nick Diaz, Silva broke his leg in gruesome fashion against Chris Weidman. Those banned substances very well could have aided his rehabilitation process.

Jon Jones and Daniel Cormier Beef on Twitter

For all you bones fans out there Jon Jones is back and apparently he wants his Belt back. Just recently Jon "Bones" Jones and Daniel Cormier have been verbally sparring on twitter where Jones expressed that he wants to fight Cormier ASAP in order to re-claim his title belt. Jon Jones who has recently completed rehab appears to be very eager about getting his UFC title back. So eager that he's said he'd fight Cormier on his new home turf at the Oklahoma State University wrestling room. To recap quickly Jones title Belt was stripped from him by the UFC following his involvement in an April hit-and-run incident.

In his tweet Jones stated: "Honestly I'd fight Daniel in the OSU wrestling room. John Smith can be our referee. Just trying to take back what's mine"

After challenging Cormier the two went back and forth, and apparently agreed to meet in New Mexico where Jones said he would be for the Jackson’s MMA grand opening.

Cormier did throw in his own tweet response when he tweeted: "I’m gonna be there but I need u to make it to the octagon, we don’t wanna violate parole now do we :),".

Jones then followed up with another tweet accusing Cormier of being too p*ssy. Jones tweet reads: “Too p-ssy to fight at the garden but flies all the way to Albuquerque to prove he’s a man #Scratchingmyhead you on your way p-ssy?”

The two UFC stars are expected to do a rematch fight in the near future with Jon Jones looking to re-claim the belt the never lost in the cage and Cormier ready to prove that he's a better champ and has earned the rights to have the belt and title.

A date for the re-match has not yet been set but you can bet this is going to be much sweeter than their first meetup especially considering all the drama that's unfolded between the two over the past months.
